We are happy to announce that FirstLight Federal Credit Union will be a major sponsor of this year’s WinterFest in Downtown El Paso. WinterFest is a holiday festival that’s open to the public beginning on November 18, 2017 and runs through January 1, 2018 which transforms Downtown El Paso into a Winter Wonderland!

In addition to all the wonderful festivities this festival brings, FirstLight is helping to enhance the experience by offering themed Fun Festivities every Thursday night during WinterFest beginning on November 30 with Ice, Ice, 80s Party, a fun night of 80s music and skating! We’ll be giving away tubular tube-socks this night, so don’t miss out!

On December 7, we will make it more festive by offering the opportunity to skate while it snows with our Let It Snow Day event. Make sure to snap a picture to capture that beautiful moment.

On December 14, we fill the air with traditional, live, Mariachi music so everyone can dance while you skate during our Merry Mariachi Night.

On December 21, bring your little ones to eat breakfast, take a picture, and Skate with Santa at the Skate with Santa Event. Special tickets required for entry to this event. Please visit the WinterFest website for more information.

And finally, on December 28, we close out WinterFest by celebrating with football! Wear your jersey and come out and skate on Jersey Day.
