SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Information - 2021
FirstLight understands that these are very challenging times and we want to make your application process for a PPP loan as simple as possible.
The Small Business Administration (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans are an integral part of the CARES Act. According to the SBA, a PPP “loan is designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll.” SBA will forgive PPP loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest, or utilities. FirstLight will now be taking applications for PPP loans for current FirstLight business members only. Below we have provided details and more information on how to apply whether this is your first time applying or your second time. Eligibility and loan forgiveness measures apply.
