One of the key differences between banks and credit unions
is the democratic structure and control of credit unions. Our Board of
Directors is not a group of paid shareholders, but a group of unpaid member
volunteers who are elected by the membership to oversee the governance of the
financial cooperative.
For the 2025 election, The Nominating Committee selected four candidates for the two open board positions. The following individuals
were elected by the membership - Congratulations to Cynthia Henry and Michael Gomez on their appointments to the Board of Directors.
